• Lessons & Horse Training Fees

You will need to fill out these forms before you, or your child’s, first lesson.

• Parental Consent and Indemnity (to be completed by parent or guardian)
• Riding Application and Medical History Form
• This form is for owners of horses booked in for training

Facility Hire and Agistment

Facility bookings, other than hourly hire, will need this form completed and returned via email. Bookings are secured when your deposit is received. All event hirers must show proof of current public liability insurance cover.
